Mention PEZ Convention
When you make your reservations, be sure to mention the PEZ Convention to get your special room pricing! The discounted rate expires on July 12, 2008. Any rooms booked after that will not be guaranteed the special rate or be placed near us. Most likely, you will be booked on another floor or far away from the group -- thus diminishing sales if you plan to have your room open.
Room Block
A room block has been set up to start on Monday, August 4th through Sunday morning, August 10th. Arrangements have been made to keep everyone together in one area whenever it's possible. If problems should arise, please contact us as soon as you can. The earlier you make reservations, the better chance we have of all being together -- unless you like being off by yourself and want to walk a lot.
So, make your reservations now while you're thinking about it!
Dealers...
The hotel staff is supposed to ask if you are a dealer. PLEASE request a room as close as possible to Room #153 on first floor or #253 on the second. The Hospitality Suite will be in the Blackfoot Suite #257 on second floor. |
