Licensing & Taxes
You will be covered under MN PEZCon's Second Hand Goods license. You will need to obtain is a MN state tax ID number. According to current tax laws, if you do not plan to sell more than $500 in taxable goods during the convention, you are exempt from needing a tax number. If you plan to sell more than $500, please call 1-651-282-5225 to receive one over the phone. It only takes a few minutes. Please make sure to bring this number to the convention. If you already have a number, you don't need another one. :-)
Regardless if you are expempt or not, you still need to fill out a ST-19 form in the Hospitality Room before you can sell your products. |

One More Thing
Please remember that MN PEZCon is a PEZ convention. I understand that dealers have other items to sell besides PEZ. You may bring those items with you, but we would appreciate it if you would limit it to around 10% of your total product.
